The 420-acre campus is located in downtown Arlington, TX. The campus includes numerous residence halls and apartment complexes. There are also a small number of houses for students with children. Students participate in a wide range of co-curricular activities that help them on the road to being great leaders and community citizens. There are 300+ student organizations, as wells many volunteer opportunities on campus. In addition, UTA boasts NCAA Division II teams in men's basketball, baseball, indoor and outdoor track & field, tennis, and golf as well as women's basketball, softball, volleyball, indoor and outdoor track & field, cross country, and tennis. Students can also enjoy everything from aikido to ultimate frisbee.
