Morrisville State College offers 70 specialized associate and bachelor’s degree programs noted for small class sizes and highly personalized attention. The school offers programs in animal and equine science, agricultural sciences, information technology, and more.
The winner of the President’s Higher Community Service Honor Roll, Morrisville State College is focused on innovative community service programs. The Morrisville State College Entrepreneurship Institute is a nonprofit organization that creates mutually beneficial partnerships between students and businesses.
Many students live on the 150-acre campus, which features athletic fields as well as 1,000 acres of woodlands and farmlands or in apartments that are adjacent to the campus. The campus also includes indoor and outdoor riding rings, old growth forests, 10,000-square foot horticultural center, a fitness center, ice rinks, walking trails, and tennis courts.
Morrisville competes in NCAA Division III sports, including basketball, equestrian, football, field hockey, ice hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, and volleyball.
