Degree programs include liberal arts and professional fields, including business administration, biology, communication arts, elementary education, and psychology, among others. It is the only private college in Iowa to offer a music therapy major. Students can also choose interdisciplinary minors, such as accounting, marketing, mathematics, environmental studies, intercultural studies, and more. Students also gain individual support in achieving their personal and professional goals. This dedicated support pays off, with Wartburg graduates have an 89 percent medical school placement and 100 percent placement rate in other medical fields.
Full-time students live on campus, and enjoy participation in 100+ campus groups. 85 percent of students choose to join at least one extracurricular activity.
