William Peace University

William Peace University is a small liberal arts college that is affiliated with the

Presbyterian Church. Students can pursue undergraduate degrees (anthropology, biology, business administration, child development, communication, education, English, graphic design, history, human resources, leaderships studies, liberal studies, music performance, theatre, politics and public affairs, psychology, and Spanish) in their choice of 12 majors at in-person or online courses.

High-achieving students can also participate in the honors program. Students are encouraged to study abroad. Internships are required for undergraduate students.

 

Student-to-faculty ratios of just 11:1 allow opportunities for personalized learning. This attention pays off, with 90 percent of students being hired or enrolled in graduate school within a year of graduating.

 

Located in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina, the Peace University campus offers a wealth of opportunities to get involved—from performance groups to academic societies to student-run publications. The school was recently honored by the National Survey of Student Engagement for its high quality academic programs.

 

William Peace competes in NCAA Division III sports, including basketball, cross country, softball, soccer, tennis, and volleyball.
