Georgia State University

Georgia State University is a large urban research university located in the heart of Atlanta. Named one of the top 100 public universities for doctoral degrees, GSU offers 250 BA, master’s, specialist, and doctoral degrees across 100 fields of study. Students can choose to attend day or evening courses, part- or full-time.


More than 40,000 students attend this highly diverse university. Students join the university from every state in the nation and across 160 countries. GSU also has International Cooperation Agreements with more than 80 universities around the world. The university’s highest priority is to become a national model for undergraduate education, demonstrating that students from all background can achieve academic and professional success.
